Pure Platinum team members have been carefully vetted and have gone through our proprietary due diligence process of onboarding. Our interview and screening process that we have carefully perfected over the past three decades of providing services for weddings, has been carefully engineered and designed with the utmost attention to our clients wedding needs. Each team member must meet specific criteria and designations in the industry prior to being considered to work for our company. In addition to that they must agree to perform in such a manner that adheres to the industries highest level of service and commitment to each client by signing an extensive performance agreement that lists these mandated criteria prior to each performance for Pure Platinum. In addition to the vetting process and performance agreement each member of our team must commit to a training process to carefully go over each of our items on their performance agreement and truly understand our mandated commitment items for each client prior to working on an event for us. We carefully select each member of the team, interview them, require them to fully understand and sign a performance agreement and train them before ever putting them on a wedding. In addition to all of that, each member must have a proven track record of success prior to even being considered to work for our firm. These are just some of the steps we take to ensure that each service provider on our team works exceed our clients expectations.

Portions of our profit go to support charitable organizations that support equality, mental health, non bullying in schools, and supporting small businesses.  We are currently identifying the best charities to participate in.  We will update our site once we have identified those charities.
